Additional Services We are happy to assist at events, competitions etc with removal of boots, checking times etc at no extra cost. Qualified instructor to assist warming up:
- £10.00 per test warm High quality photography
- £ 5.00 per test Homemade lunch
- £8.00 per lunch (ham or cheese roll, crisps, portion of fruit, home made cake and drink of your choice) Snacks
- £4.00 (Homemade cakes and drink) All for a worry free day out!
The horsebox features: Day living/changing area/seating, Fully adjustable partition, Large storage area, Lockable tack area, Can carry up to 17.2hh, Camera for peace of mind that your horse is settled whilst travelling. Insurance and breakdown included. DBS and Safeguarded driver (ideal for young riders). First aid qualified Friendly and professional service. After each trip the horse area is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We are fully insured and covered for breakdowns. We carry water, equine and human first aid, road safety kit, fire extinguisher, spare head collar & lead rope.
Our pricing is based on mileage rates on a round trip from our base (BS20 7RF)

Loading / unloading
- 20 minutes free of charge
- Additional loading time – £20 per hour (or part)
Waiting Time
- £10 per hour or part hour after the second hour.
Photography
- £10 for up to 2 tests and £15 for a lesson.
Regular clients
- Receive 20% discount on the sixth and subsequent bookings in a 6-month period.
Cancellations
- Any booking cancelled prior to 48 hours of departure will incur a £20 cancellation fee, within 48 hours £40 cancellation fee or loss of deposit paid.
A 50% deposit (of estimated cost) is required on booking, the remaining 50% is due on the day prior to travelling, except for emergency transport which will be at the discretion of S.E.T. We accept cash or BACs only.
Trailer Hire
For smaller journeys or as a slightly cheaper option, we can provide our clients with a Ifor Williams HB510 Horsebox. The HB510 provides offers enough headroom and width to take two 17.2hh horses. We offer discounts on consecutive day hires and multiple block bookings. Please ask for rates.

The vehicle must be cleared of all droppings, hay, bedding and any other waste. If the vehicle has not been cleared of all droppings, hay, bedding and any other waste. A charge of £40 will apply to clean the vehicle of all waste left in the vehicle at the time of return.
