Trailer Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  All bookings are taken on the understanding that the following conditions will apply in full in all circumstances.  A confirmed booking is an agreement that the Customer will comply with these terms & conditions at all times.

1. You are liable for the cost of repairs to the trailer in respect of any damage caused. You have the opportunity to inspect the trailer before departure and agree any damage, as arguments will not be entered into later. Any contents are your responsibility. 
2. Any booking cancelled prior to 48 hours of departure will incur a £15 cancellation fee, within 48 hours £25 cancellation fee or loss of deposit paid.
3. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure the trailer is securely attached to vehicle with the emergency break cable and electric wire attached.
4. The trailer must be locked onto the towing vehicle at all times.
5. The livestock travelling in the trailer must be comprehensively insured.
