Arena Booking And Hire Rates

We have an easy view booking system where you can book your time then pay when you arrive at Sperrings arena.
The arena is available to hire in 30 minutes or 1 hour sessions to suit you and your horses/dogs.
We also hire the arena for half day or day bookings, however please call for a price.

Arena Terms & Conditions

  1. Please ensure that your dogs are adequately vaccinated to use a public place.
  2. If your dog is showing any signs of illness do not use the secure arena and be respectful of other pets and their owners.
  3. BOOKINGS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
  4. All dogs must be kept on leads until they are inside the secure arena
  5. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicles brought on site.
  6. It is your responsibility to pick up all of your dog’s waste and dispose of it in the bin provided or take it home.
  7. Please ensure that you do not arrive too early for your booking and vacate the secure area promptly leaving it secure at the end of your booking time.
  8. The equipment in the arena provided is designed for dogs/horses. Do not sit or climb on it or allow your children to do so.
  9. Please be aware that the secure area has not been made child safe and certain elements may pose an additional hazard to children (non-child proof dog poo bins for example).
  10. The owners reserve the right to cancel or amend the booking any way. 
  11. A ‘Riding Hat’ designed to provide protection, must be worn at all times when riding at any time at Sperrings Equestrian. Hats must reach at least one of the following standards: AII PAS 015: 1998, BS EN1384: 1997 – Provided that they are BSI Kite marked or SEI. Snell E2001 plus Snell Label with chin strap fastened as so to prevent the movement. 
  12. Body protectors – a British Equestrian trade association (Beta) approved and appropriately labelled Level 3 body protector, manufactured in the year 2000 or after, is mandatory for cross country for body protector is required to be worn. 
  13. All persons under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  14. All rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided. Lorries/trailers are not to be skipped out onto the car park. 
  15. No horse/pony is to be left unattended unless secured in a lorry or trailer attached to a vehicle and must not be tied to anything else on Sperrings Equestrians grounds.
  16. Any facilities that are damaged must be reported to the office and paid for. 
  17. All accidents must be reported.
  18. No Haynets outside your lorry/trailer on the hard standing
